Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives through your work? As a Content Delivery Manager within the Global Omnichannel Delivery team, you'll be at the forefront of managing the delivery of content that supports strategic marketing campaigns. You'll collaborate with agency partners, production suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful and timely delivery of marketing assets. Accountabilities:
- Manage the operational planning and delivery of commercial marketing content production, including websites, banner ads, emails, print collateral, and social media assets.
- Partner with brand teams to align production resources and plans with strategic marketing objectives.
- Build strong relationships with collaborators, agencies, production partners, and internal team members for efficient asset delivery.
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for content production planning and delivery issues.
- Act as Project Manager for multiple projects, ensuring deliverables are met in collaboration with production partners.
- Collaborate with internal AZ teams and external partners globally to support production requests.
- Work closely with the internal creative team to implement brand requests.
- Support discussions on content production prioritization, risk mitigation, and process improvement opportunities.
- Manage production budgets on behalf of brand teams.
- Use JIRA to manage projects end-to-end, ensuring accurate data capture.
- Support onboarding and training on Production Services’ ways of working.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- A minimum of 7 – 10 years of experience in marketing, content delivery, marketing operations and/or an advertising agency required with HS Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree and 5 –7 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with key collaborators and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with a collaboration/external partner.
- Project management skills with experience managing concurrent projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and produce results in a matrix environment – “Lead without Authority” is preferred.
- JIRA experience preferred.
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry is desired.
